Cancellation Policy
The cutest little hair house in texas, much like other salons, has a strict cancelation policy to protect both me, the stylist, and my guests.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to give a minimum of a 24-hour notice.
Any appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
At any given moment, several guest wait on a cancelation list for an appointment to open up. Nights and weekends tend to book out up to a month in advance. Given this demand,I must enforce this policy to protect those who are eagerly waiting for their appointments.
